Meghan inspired wedding looks..

And the papers were wrong! Instead of Ralph and Russo, Meghan's dress was a beautiful Givenchy gown designed by Claire Waight Keller !! So plain and elegant, with a long veil embroidered with flowers to represent the 53 countries of the commonwealth , she looked like a true Princess when she married Prince Harry. And not to forget her tiara worn previously by Princess Anne! Her Stella McCartney dress for the reception was just as beautiful, a stylish halter neck with a fabulous train!

And now Meghan has brought the plain, classic dresses back into focus, we have picked out our favourite, simple dresses in the shop!

"Augusta" By Essense of Australia

Augusta is a classic A-line dress, with a boat-neck/bateau neckline, and buttons the whole way down the train. This dress is made from a mikado fabric, which holds its structure perfectly, and the skirt has box pleats, creating the illusion of a smaller waist. We love this dress!

"Brandy-A" by Badgley Mischka

This exquisite trumpet shape dress, is a satin, figure hugging gown, with vertical panels, which give the illusion of a smaller, more hourglass shape. The detail on the back, is a beautiful detachable organza flower, with an added train, which the dress can be worn with or without. A show stopper!

"Daisy" By Enzoani

This delicate chiffon dress, has beautiful cap sleeves with pearl detail around the edges, neckline and waist. Looking almost like its stepped out of the 1920s, this amazing dress feels as soft and as lightweight as it looks, perfect for a summer wedding, Simply stunning!

We hope you love these dresses as much as we do!

Lots of love, Team CB xx
