The boutique may be closed from time to time during the 'Opening Hours' as we may be attending events, photoshoots and designer days. Q. Do I need to make an appointment?
A. We always do recommend that you make an appointment, especially at the weekend as it get very busy. However when the boutique is quiet, we welcome walk ins.
Q. How many people can I bring to my appointment?
A. We recommend you bring up to two or three people with you, purely due to the size of our boutique. Sometimes, too many opinions can become confusing and exhausting for our brides, so bring someone an honest friend and proud Mum works best.
Q. Is there a time limit to an appointment?
A. We allow an hour for each appointment to ensure that you get the best out of the experience.
Q. What should I bring/wear to an appointment?
A. We usually ask people to bring a strapless bra or white/nude underwear with them for trying on different styles of dresses. If you have your wedding shoes already, bring them with you as this helps with what the length of the dress will be like.
Q. Can I book an appointment for bridesmaids at the same time as my bridal appointment?
A. Yes, no problem. Just let us know how many plan to come so that we can allot time for everyone.
Q. If I see a dress online that I want to try on, can you order it in for me?
A. If it's a collection we hold we can always request a sample from our designers. We also have Trunk Shows throughout the year, this showcases different collections from our designers.
Q. How long do dresses take to come in once ordered?
A. It depends which collection you have chosen. Some take 6-9 months, others 2-3 months. This would be discussed during consultation. Also factor in time allowance for any alterations that may be needed, we recommend 10 weeks for any alteration service. We have numbers of alterations services which we can pass on to you.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. On ordering we ask for 50% deposit, the balance then becomes payable on collection of your dress. We accept cash, debit card, credit cards and bank transfers. We will notify you when your dress is delivered into our boutique.
